A former collegiate athlete, multi-marathoner, Boston qualifier, and triathlete, Melissa knows firsthand the value of intentional strength, endurance, mobility, and mindset, not just for performance, but for confidence and long-term wellness. She’s passionate about research-backed training and movement variety, while also emphasizing fun and sustainability. 

Melissa has coached novice runners to seasoned athletes tackling ultras, and building a global community through her Commit Programs that meet people at every stage of life. She emphasizes the importance of sustainable and form-focused programming, and building lasting habits. Beyond physical performance, Melissa focuses on the mental health benefits of movement, creating simple, digestible habits that support consistency and long-term success.
