Once your account is set up, download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and log in with your details. You can also go directly to the App Store, download the app first, and sign up from there.

Your Commit App subscription gives you unlimited access to the full training experience, including all strength and running programs, a library of hundreds of workouts, in-app challenges, community chat, and additional coaching resources and guidance.
